The Puccini apartment is a 3 room flat, about 90 square metres large. Located on the second floor of the house, all his windows overlook the internal garden.

The unit is embellished with original antique furniture, part of the family heritage.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. Coffered ceilings and terracotta floors date back to construction period.
The living room has a relax area with sofa, armchairs and central table for six people. The 2 seat sofa becomes a full size bed. There’s a stereo system with Giacomo Puccini CDs, flat-screen TV, DVDs a books in different languages.
The kitchen is fully-equipped.

Bedrooms

The first sleeping room, with 2 ancient single beds in wrought iron, has a beautiful mountain view.
The second sleeping room is very large, with 1 single antique Impero style bed. Extra bed available on request. Armchair and wardrobe complete the furnishing.
The bathroom, enriched with marble finishes has Jacuzzi, shower and washing machine.

Cancellation with full refund of the advance payment : 7 days before arrival date. Cancellation with 50% refund of the advance payment : within 7 days . No show has NO refund conditions. Please note that Full Payment of the stay and security deposit is due in cash on arrival. A security deposit of Eur 100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Direct Booking conditions: 30% of the rental fee advance payment, 70% of the rental fee payment on arrival.
